Hi, I’m Caroline Mullins

Life can be tough, and it’s completely normal to need support when things feel overwhelming. Whether you’re dealing with the impact of trauma, mental health concerns, work stress, relationship challenges, or navigating a major life change, I’m here to help you manage those pressures and build resilience in a way that honors your pace and experience. I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals who’ve experienced sexual trauma. In addition, I am able to support those coping with anxiety, depression, grief, and stress, as well as those who have faced sexual, physical, verbal, or emotional abuse.

In my practice, I take a trauma-informed, collaborative approach to therapy. Every session is tailored to meet your unique needs. I recognize that healing is a personal journey, and it’s important to me that you feel safe, respected, and empowered to explore your emotions, gain insight, and develop the tools that can lead to lasting change.

If you’ve been in therapy before or are just starting your healing journey, I know it can be difficult to find the right fit. That’s why I offer a free, brief phone consultation before our first session. It’s a chance for you to ask any questions, share your thoughts, and see if I’m the right therapist for you.

My Approach to Therapy

Evidence-Based Practice

My approach to therapy combines the latest research on what actually works, our professional training and experience, and your unique needs and personal goals.

Trauma Informed

I recognize that many of life's struggles are rooted in past experiences. My approach is grounded in an understanding of how trauma affects the mind and body, ensuring that every step of your healing journey feels safe, respectful, and empowering.

Person-Centered

You are the expert on your own life. Our sessions are built around you — your pace, your goals, and your story. I strive to listen without judgment and provide a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood.

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a research-backed therapy that helps your brain process painful memories that may still feel raw or stuck. Using gentle, guided techniques, EMDR can help reduce the emotional weight of past experiences so they no longer hold power over your present life.
